I need help with JetNet. Who do I talk to?

To reset your Jackson College password please go to: https://pwreset.jccmi.edu/

*Enrollment to the service is required prior to being able to use the password reset tool. If you have not previously enrolled and need your password reset please contact the JC Solution Center.

 

I’m logged into JetNet but can’t see my classes. Where are they?

After registering for classes it may take up to 36 business hours for classes to appear in JetNet.

Additionally, check the scheduled start date for your class. Classes are not available until seven days prior to the class start date which you can check in eServices.

I’m looking for my final course grade. Where can I find it?

Once the registrar's office verifies your final grade it will be posted in eServices. This is typically posted two business days after the end of a course.

 

I’m looking for the classes offered next semester. Where can I find them?

You can check eServices for the course schedule. The list of courses available on the e-Services website is the most up-to-date resource for the schedule that JC offers.

 

Where can I find the books and materials that are required for my class?

You can find all of the books and required materials for your class at our online Bookstore or you can purchase your books at one of our on-campus bookstore locations. Click here for more information on bookstore locations and hours.

 

Where can I go to do research as an online student?

As a JC Student you have access to our online library services. There are many databases that you can access online. Click here to visit the JC Atkinson Library website for more information.


Where can I look for more classes?

Check eServices or JetStream for the most up to date schedule.
