If you continue to have trouble logging into JetNet, contact the JCC Solution Center. They can get your account working for you. The Solution Center can also assist you with login issues with eServices or your JCC Email account as well as answer technical questions about JetNet, such as how to upload a file to your class.

Your JetNet profile can be updated and changed if you click the link with your name at the top of any JetNet screen. You can also get to your profile by clicking the "Profile" link on the left side of your screen in any course. You can change your discussion forum preferences, upload a picture and more when editing your Profile. Remember that your profile is public to other JetNet users.
