Information Technology has identified a solution which restores the ability to use the Global Address Book to send email communications to students and course distributions lists.
We will be making the necessary changes to the JC student email system this weekend. This will result in intermittent email outages for students from Sunday, August 2nd 10:00 am until Monday, August 3rd 2:00 am.
Jackson College employees have reported concerns that their JC students are not receiving emails from them. This problem should not affect email communications sent from JetNet, only email communications sent from Employee Office 365 using the Global Address Book.

know if you have a student (or are a student) that is not receiving emails to their my.jccmi.edu
email account. The JC Solution Center
will need the students full name.
