There will soon be a new look to the Jackson Community College's
website. One of many changes will be the placement of the
Online Classes button. Be sure to keep
reading to find out where the placement of the
Online Classes button will be and to view other important
website changes so you know where to find everything you need to

Classes beginning August 24, 2009 will be opened by 9:00 a.m.
eastern time. On Monday August 24th. Once the classes are opened,
you must login for the course to show in the block on the left
titled "My Courses."
Classes beginning after August 24 will be opened to students the
morning the course begins.

Issues
If you are having trouble logging in to your
online class please view our "How to login" video tutorial. It
will show you all the steps that you need to follow to get logged
in.
If you are still having trouble logging, contact the JCC Solution
Center. They can get your account working for you. The Solution
Center can also assist you with any login issues with E-Services
or your JCC Email account.

Issues
If you are having technical issues with
JetNet, contact the Center for Distance Learning. The Center for
Distance Learning can assist you with any technical issues you
may be encountering with JetNet such as submitting a file to your
instructor or navigating your online course.

Tutorials
Many video
tutorials are available in the Student Union course that will
show you step by step how to complete some common tasks in
JetNet. You can visit the Student Union by clicking on the
"Student Union" link in your "My Courses" block.
We also have a page of Frequently Asked Questions that may
provide you with answers that you are looking for. Just Click on
the FAQs button at the top of this page.
Profile
Your JetNet
profile can be updated and changed if you click on the link with
your name at the top of any JetNet screen. You can also get to
your profile by clicking on "Profile" on the left hand side of
your screen in any course. In your profile you can change your
discussion forum preferences, upload a picture and more. Remember
your profile is public to other JetNet users.
