  • Attention
    		 NOTICE: If you have previously been successful logging into JetNet and are now unable to get past the PROFILE screen, you need to do the following:

    1. Log out of JetNet.
    2. Remove everything in the "Username" field in the Login box.
    3. Retype your username & password.

    A recent update to the system caused extra characters to appear in the "Username" field. Retyping your username ensures there are no extra characters.
